- Incense burners must show no signs of use (e.g., no residue, scratches).  
- Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., engraved bracelets) are **non-returnable** unless defective.

- **Prepaid Label**: For defective/damaged items, we may cover return shipping costs.  
- **Self-Arranged Shipping**: For non-defective returns, you are responsible for return fees.  
- **International Returns**: Include a customs declaration form stating "Returned Goods" to avoid additional charges.  

**Note**: We recommend using tracked shipping. Mystqi is not liable for lost return packages.
